BubbleeBaby ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our WhatsApp bot, mobile application, and website (collectively, the "Service").
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Data: Phone number, name, email (optional).
Child Data: Baby's name, date of birth, gender (optional), allergies, vaccination records, growth measurements, milestone progress.
Usage Data: Conversation history with AI, features used, timestamps.
Images: Food label photos (processed and deleted within 24 hours).
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide personalized parenting guidance based on your baby's age and profile
- Send vaccination reminders and milestone notifications
- Generate growth charts and developmental assessments
- Scan food labels for safety analysis
- Improve our AI with anonymized, aggregated data
4. Children's Data (DPDP Act Compliance)
Under the DPDP Act, children are defined as individuals under 18 years. We collect children's data only with verifiable parental consent. We:
- Never sell children's data to third parties
- Never use children's data for advertising or profiling
- Store children's data encrypted at rest and in transit
- Allow parents to delete all children's data at any time
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, JWT authentication with short-lived tokens, Redis-backed session management, and PostgreSQL with encrypted connections.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by messaging "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days.

- Razorpay (payment processing)
- Sentry (error monitoring - no PII)
