Refund Eligibility
We want you to be happy with BubbleeBaby. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of your first payment — full refund, no questions asked
- After 7 days — prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period
- Recurring charges — if you forgot to cancel, we'll refund the most recent charge if you contact us within 48 hours
How to Request a Refund
- Message "REFUND" to BubbleeBaby on WhatsApp, OR
- Email [email protected] with your registered phone number
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay).
Non-Refundable
Doctor consultation fees paid through the marketplace are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. For cancelled/missed appointments, please refer to the individual doctor's cancellation policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by messaging "CANCEL" on WhatsApp or from the app settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
